SHIPPING & RETURNS
We can only process merchandise returns for store credit within 5 days from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only accept returns in person. If you wish to make a return, kindly visit our store and bring the item along with the original receipt. Our manager will be happy to assist you in processing the return and providing you with store credit.
Online purchases must be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. After this period, returns will be accepted for store credit only.
- Returned merchandise must be in its original, new condition.
- Sale items, exchanged items, custom orders, special orders, and altered or sized items are final sale.
- Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items, exchanged items, custom orders, special orders, or items that have been altered or seized. It is important to ensure that the merchandise being returned is in its original, new condition.

Our customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.
Online orders must be shipped to 62 Charles Street Boston MA 02114. When we receive your return, we will review it.
When your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for return, your purchase:
- must have original sales receipt.
- should not show signs of wear or damage.
- may not be engraved, resized, or altered in any way.
We reserve the merchandise that is returned after 3 days for online purchases and 5 days for in-store purchases that does not meet the above requirements. For online orders, refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns take no more than 5 days to process.
Your refund should appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing periods, depending on the date of return.
If you purchase any items online that are over $350, you will receive free shipping. However, if you want overnight shipping, there will be a $50 fee for shipping and insurance. Please note that there is a processing time of 24-48 hours before the items are shipped. Additionally, overnight shipping is only available for in-stock items and is not available on weekends.
